Author's Note and a Question/Favor

Hi guys!

Just wanted to give you a quick update.  I go back to school next week (boooo), and don't really have any posts pre-written, except for the very last couple.  That means I'm only comfortable with two planned posts per week.  When I have more time to write, I will certainly post bonuses!  I anticipate it mostly being two main storyline posts per week, but I'm sure there will be an occasional week with one main storyline and one alternate perspective.  My plan is to post on Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings.

As Liv and Brody's wedding day draws closer, I hope to not miss any posting days, because we're already a couple weeks behind real time.  I will likely do some work to get us caught up relatively closely to real time.  Of course, with that said, my schedule is shaping up to be pretty brutal so I do ask for your patience and understanding if I have to miss or delay a post.  As always, I will be sure to let you know if I need to do so.

As I said above, I have the last few posts written already, and I'm actually really excited to wrap up Liv and Brody's story.  I know that sounds crazy, but I think I've done justice to them with the ending I've created.  I hope you all agree!

I do have a question for you all.  I've been sharing this story with you for so long, but I know nothing about you.  I'm super curious about the age range and locations of my readers.  I'd love if you guys commented with how old you are and if you're comfortable, your location (even a state or region is plenty!).   In return, if you have any burning questions about me, feel free to ask!  I'd like to preserve my anonymity as much as possible, but I will answer anything I'm comfortable with!

As always, thank you guys so much for being the best readers and commenters in the blog world.  I couldn't ask for better readers.  You all make it easy for me to write this!

    2. I personally dont consider us part of the midwest. We are to far east, in my opinion. But i must say it is the most beautiful, diverse, wonderfully amazing state! Everyone should come visit the Great Lakes, they are pretty great!

      Delete
    3. That's what most people I know say, and what I think too. But some people are insistent on still being considered part of the Midwest. I'm a Great Lakes fan myself--I grew up on Lake Michigan (on the WI side, of course).

Hmmm, that's a tough question. I'm not completely sure. I was unhappily married and used to kind of fantasize about starting over. But it was nothing like this! I was part of the second wave of bedroom blog spin offs (So I spun off the Bedroom Blog spin offs?) after reading a few and thinking "I can do this!" I actually had very little of the story planned out in my head when I started but it all just kind of came as I wrote. I'm now happily UNmarried, and writing got me through some of the ugly stuff. So I might be a little emotionally attached to the story, haha.

I have been reading for awhile now and love your blog. I do have one comment. Although this may be completely in my own head because I tend to think a litte lopsided. Hard to explain lol. When you write posts in another perspective.... I think.it's one in particular can't remember who at the moment... but when you write in present tense it's really hard to follow. Not sure if that makes sense but in my head I don't think like that... example, I walk up to the bar and order a drink. In my head it's I walked up to the bar. It makes those posts really hard to follow and I have to reread sentences over and over. I don't want you take it negatively as I said could be totally just me. But ive wanted to mention it for awhile but didn't want you to take it the wrong way, as I adore your blog. Sorry for the grammar, I'm tired and lazy atm. Lol but seriously good luck in Denver. If I ever take the plunge and move it would definitely be to Colorado!

    Replies
    1. Ah yes, Lauren's posts are in present tense. I'm not sure why I did it that, except that it seemed like it made sense for her character. Sorry that it's confusing! Unfortunately I don't think I could change now, it would be weird. But I didn't take it negatively--I do welcome constructive feedback! I know you've been a longtime reader and commenter so I appreciate you telling me! I can play around with it a little :)
